At Hayden Properties, I have created the social media posting strategy and I currently manage and implement all copy and digital media for our nine multi-family apartment complexes.
Our social media posts are written to offer helpful information to current residents and prospects, to highlight the benefits of the properties and local communities, and to maintain our happy, friendly, formal, and helpful brand voice.
Below is a snapshot of three months of our posting topics and social copy, as well as examples of the digital imagery I have created.


Paid social & Paid Search
1.) Facebook Ads Manager
I have established the paid ad strategy at Hayden Properties, and I manage our paid ad creation and optimization on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
I have also established our Facebook and Google Tracking codes on our nine property websites. We track Page Views and Leads on our Facebook Events Manager. I have created custom reporting to present our paid ad metrics to our Regional Managers in our weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
Below are some examples of our Facebook and Instagram Engagement Ads. The Paid Ads Report, shown at the bottom, highlights our paid ads traffic from Facebook, Instagram, and Google, as well as our Facebook Pixel audience data.



2.) Google Search
I write all of the ad copy for all of Hayden Properties' Google Search Ads. I write different ads for our nine properties' Google Ads to target prospects looking for certain bedroom counts, certain apartment amenities, certain zip codes, and other top organic keyword search phrases found in our Google Analytics Report.
Below is an example of a Google Search Ad for one of our properties, as well as the ad's September 2021 performance.


Google Analytics
I have also created the Google Analytics Report for Hayden Properties. This report allows us to track things such as monthly website traffic, average page visits, average time spent on each page, top performing web pages, audience demographics, top traffic sources, highest bounce rate pages, and more.
Our Google Analytics Report information is very helpful when forming marketing strategy, because it gives us a clear picture of our audience, and allows us to determine what is working well and what needs to be improved in order to convert more website visitors into signed leases.
